Hey everyone, my name is Tej and I’ve been a coffee drinker for over 20 years.
Over this time I’ve had my fair share of really great coffees and bad ones too.
The reason I created this website is to help people who like to brew coffee at home, really get the most out of this experience. I am going to try and do this by sharing my research, personal experiences with you and what I have found out through my own trial and errors.
I also ask that you get involved within my site. If there is anything that I say that captures your interest please feel free to post a comment. I love to chat about coffee and if you would like to share some of your own experiences or your opinions about any of the content I have created on my site, please share your comments. I love to have feedback in every form.
My story …
I had my first cup of coffee at age 16 as a way to stay up late to study for an exam. It was just a cup of Nescafe instant coffee but needless to say – I was hooked.
One of the biggest problems I found with making coffee at home was that it never tasted as strong or as nice as
the coffee you buy at the coffee shop. I found that even though I had a coffee machine at home, I always ended up going to the local Tim Horton’s or Starbucks. That changed about 5 years ago when I bought my first single up brewing Keurig machine. The first thought after brewing a cup of coffee was that it almost tasted like the coffee you buy at a caffe. While I still buy my coffee outside, I am able to enjoy a nice cup of java
on a regular basis at home regularly.
Be sure to visit my site regularly as I am updating it with cool information and ideas that I know you will find
interesting. I wish you all the best with your coffee adventures and I thank you for dropping by! 🙂
